Luminox Navy SEAL Colormark Watches

This is a no frills, quartz style watch. Whats nice about it is the all black appearance (except for the more silverish logo) and its extreme lightweight design. its the lightest watch of its size I have ever owned. Its quite comfortable overall as a result. Silicon watch bands really help with the comfort and durability of the watch. No scratches on this kind of band vs metal. The crystal is just mineral glass, which is normal for a watch of this price point, but not a durable once and done type material. The negatives to this watch also include the band slips out of the second band holder all the time, so you fill find yourself readjusting that a lot. Especially when putting your arm into and out of a jacket or sweater. Another drawback of the blackout design is that its hard to read the time unless its dark or very bright out. Not a good option for people who are farsighted. Overall a nice watch, glad to have it in the collection.

The Luminox 3150 watch is a truly perfect watch for the active person. It is a watch with substance and weight. Great time movement, iridium tubes are awesome in low light. Simplicity of this watch was my main attractor. Numbers on dial are clear and concise. Can be worn as an everyday watch an in a suit and tie. Only "bad" point might be that the rubber watchband is not the most comfortable band. It tends to slip a little bit, the double retainer bands don't help much. Might recommend getting the nylon band for the watch if comfort is number one. The band looks sharp, but not as comfortable as it could be.

The watch is very lightweight. I hardly feel it on my wrist. The blackout styling effect is nice. You can see the hour numbers if you hold it one way, but if you move your wrist, they virtually disappear. The case seems very rugged. Although the instructions say not to get cologne or chemicals on the watch, to avoid drying out the seals and making the watch not waterproof. The "glass" is mineral crystal, not as strong as sapphire and is very shiny. I am scared I am going to scratch it, but so far, nothing has scratched it. I recommend the watch for anyone that likes the style.

I've had the watch for a couple of weeks now. Seems to do well what watches are supposed to do - keep time. Bought this for my work watch hoping that it is rugged enough to last through daily activities of my job. The orange numerals on the outside bezel are a little too bright - would have preferred to be a little less garish, but after all, this watch is intended for divers reading the watch at 200m. Dial and hands are great in darkness. Bought to replace a Casio that died after a couple of years. Time will tell how reliable the Luminox will be.

Probably some of the best military-style watches.Strong and that it's important that the lightweight case is not practically felt on the hand.The black out face of the dial in combination with the white arrow markers is perfectly distinguishable in the day.At dusk and at night it looks very impressive and the readability of the dial does not cause any strain of sight.The strap is soft and comfortable, not branded.The only frustrating-mineral glass, but for such a price .... I highly recommend wearing jeans and a free style of clothes, under the suit it will look ridiculous.

Always been a fan of black watches and this one is one of the blackest out there. It's lightweight and comfortable. Dials are not always clearly visible and will take some time to get used to since it's all black. But the Tritium glows strong in the dark and due to that this watch has replaced my clock on the night stand. I always wear it and have banged it a few times without any scuffs or scrapes showing. This watch is in my top 10 list of all my watch purchases.

My Marine hubby requested this watch as a gift, he has multiple expensive brands and styles, BUT he wears this 1 everyday and even wears it at night ( it has great illumination) and seems to be a functional, rugged style. When I shopped for this particular Luminox watch I discovered it on ebay at a great savings compared to retail outlets.

This is a great watch. With it's lightweight carbon reinforced case and soft silicone strap you hardly know you have it on. The orange on black makes it easy to read and the tritium illumination is very bright. 200m water resistance and mineral crystal complete the package. This is my sixth Luminox watch and they all have served me well.

This is third watch I've owned of this type and all have kept great time, are comfortable to wear and are great for folks who get wet but may forget to take their watch off. Only minus is watchband tends to last only 12-18 months and replacements are rather pricy for a simple rubber like band.

Good price. Always wanted one but I wanted steel. Now I have two. The old one has a little wear. The tritium is worn out. The new one is perfect (except I'm having problems syncing the calendar window). I've got 70 watches. Two omega and the luminox is my favorite currently.
